Who can enter TGIAC 2026?

The contest is open to aquascapers across India, from first-timers to seasoned hobbyists, with no experience requirement. The aquascape you enter must be located in India.

How do I create an account and log in?

Register with your email and a one-time code, or with Google. There is no password to remember, you receive a fresh code each time you log in.

How many entries can I submit?

Accepted Answer

Up to two per account, one in Nature Aquarium and one in Iwagumi. One entry per category, with no duplicates.

Can I build my entry over several sittings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start an entry and return as often as you like. Every field saves automatically, so you can refine your details and upload photographs across multiple sessions until the deadline.

Question 5

Can I edit my entry after submitting?

Accepted Answer

You can build and edit your draft any time before you submit. Once you submit, the entry is locked and cannot be changed, so review everything on the final step first.

Question 6

Which images do I need to upload?

Accepted Answer

Your main competition image, a room view, and an equipment view are required. Left, right, and maintenance views are optional but recommended.

Are AI-generated or edited images allowed?

Accepted Answer

No. Submitted images must be genuine photographs of your aquarium. AI-generated, composited, or digitally fabricated images are not permitted and lead to disqualification.

Question 8

Who owns the rights to my images?

Accepted Answer

Images you upload become the property of Still Water Aquatics, which owns TGIAC, and may be displayed and promoted, including in the gallery, Hall of Fame, and photobook. You accept this in the declaration during submission.

How are entries screened?

Accepted Answer

After submission, our team checks each entry for eligibility and authenticity. You are notified of the outcome, and may be asked for a clarification if something needs review.

How are entries judged?

Accepted Answer

Shortlisted entries are evaluated by an expert panel on the published criteria. Your identity is never visible to a judge, and scores stay confidential.

When are results and winners announced?

Results stay sealed until the Nature Aquarium Festival, where category winners and the People's Choice are revealed live. Shortlisting and judging are not announced to participants beforehand.
